Products
All artworks presented on the website are original pieces created by Jimmy El Homsy. Each item is accompanied by details, including dimensions, medium, and price. Prices are listed in euros. VAT is not applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
Orders
Orders are placed through the website and confirmed by email. Once confirmed, they are considered binding and imply acceptance of these terms.
Payment
Payments can be made using the following methods:

Online payment via credit card, Stripe, or PayPal

Payment on delivery (available for select orders and locations)
Online payments must be completed at the time of order confirmation.
f you choose payment on delivery, the full amount is due upon receipt of the artwork, in cash or by another accepted method agreed in advance. This option is not available outside of Beirut or Paris.
Orders are only processed once the selected payment method has been validated. In case of non-payment or delivery refusal, the order may be cancelled, and return or handling fees may be charged.
Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- France: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 7 to 15 business days
Delivery partners may include La Poste, Colissimo, DHL, or similar services. Shipping costs are shown before confirming the purchase.
Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your artwork, unless it was made to order or customized (upon request). Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
All artworks and content on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Jimmy El Homsy. They may not be reproduced, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Data protection
Your personal information is collected and used only for the purposes of fulfilling orders and providing services. For more details, refer to the Privacy Policy section above.
Dispute resolution
In case of any issue, please contact us directly. If no resolution is found, disputes may be handled under French jurisdiction. Mediation is available in accordance with French consumer law.
